Here’s to a Healthy 2020!

Coach Candace suggests that you choose resolutions that are practical and realistic. One example of a great resolution is: “clean the house once a week” or “clean the house once a month”. If cleaning once a week is a struggle, then do every other week or once to twice a month. She really encourages her clients to use a reward system each time they work to meet their goals. Once they’ve met their goals, they are allowed to reward themselves! This same idea can be applied to keeping new year’s resolutions.
